We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We accept return and exchange within 7 days for factory defective issues only. We do NOT accept any return or exchange after the 7 days. Please email us to request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) before ship the item back to us, any item that is shipped back without an RMA # will NOT be processed and refunded. All refunds of the sale item price will be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase.
You may return *only* unused items (handbags and beauty items) in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or a refund. We place tremendous effort to insure that every product is in top notch condition and in order to achieve this standard, we will only accept returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed.
Also, used items and personalized items *cannot* be accepted for an exchange or a refund and will be returned at customer's expense.
PLEASE NOTE: The initial shipping , credit card processing fees, and handling charges are non-refundable and this amount (10% of the item sale price) will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The return package must be post marked within 7 days upon receiving your item and you should immediately send us the tracking number of the returned stock via e-mail. Unfortunately we do not accept returns without the tracking number mailed to us. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense and the sale price will *not* be refunded.

If we change the price of a given item it is because its price is really different or we made a mistake in our billing system. It is not a "Milanlux" practice to ask our clients for more money just like that.
